People are making the mistake of thinking the Administrator account gives you access to everything, it doesnt :( , You are still locked out from changing things, deleting files etc, changing some Service startup types. I use Sordums Power Run to get around those problems, so far so good.

What i would like to see is a list of the accounts, users, system etc, by hierachy as to what is the highest and lowest and how to run with the highest permissions and any 3rd party tools you may need to run them as. :)

Power Run makes programs run as System, its not a file manager. Use the Take Ownership registry file on my Presets page. Taking ownership of a folder doesnt aalways work as you need to take ownership of the files inside. Use the context menu more than 15 files reg files. The context menu only allows you to select a certain number of items, my tweak allows you to select 200 files at a time.

Power Run is a handy little beast and i use it a lot now, just drag and drop the required executable, reg bat or cmd file and they all run, especially reg files. Ever tried to run a reg file and you get an error or tried to change a service and its greyed out? Not any more. If you drag Everything search tool exe onto Power Run you can now search and delete files without taking ownership, 7zip file manager should work too.
