Very big problem - defaultuser0 account

we have a very big problem with 1809 and ntlite - every time when we set up a pc with sysprep and complete sysprep (and let windows load until the language choice appears) we shut down the computer (short press on the power button) and then we send the pc to the customer - over 2 month no problem but since 1809 the defaultuser0 account appears when the customer boot the pc the first time and he has to factory reset windows to create a user account...

what we don´t understand - when we install the computer to the point with the language choise - we can restart him how often we want and everytime the language choice appears again - but when we let the pc off over night, in the next morning the pc boot directly to the login screen with defaultuser0

Hi,

that sounds like a Windows issue, have you compared to the unedited ISO?
For example posts like this.
If it's a confirmed NTLite configured change as the cause, then please attach or send to support at ntlite.com your preset for review.
Make sure that the preset is the cause, so I can replicate by only using it, nothing else.
