W11 22H2 Taskbar - Classic not working

NTLite version 2023.10.9447
Windows 11 Professional 22H2 x64 - 10.0.22621.1702

1st time trying to create a Windows 11 Pro image with NTLite.
Set it up just as I needed and to my surprise, the setting Taskbar - Classic is not working. As in: start menu is not opening at all.
As a bonus, it seems Explorer is bugged also. Explorer windows are not opening.

Thinking I somehow broke something, I download the official ISO again from MS and started from scratch.
This time around, the only settings modified were Taskbar - Classic and Taskbar - Alligment left
Unnatended I only created a new local user in Administrators group.
No updates.

Installed in VirtualBox and again, as soon as the install finished, start menu did not open and Explorer seemed to be bugged.

I have searched the forum but it seems that either my search skills suck or I am doing something wrong.

I have recorded both NTLite proccess and VirtualBox install in case it is needed.

Anyone having problems with Taskbar - Clasic?

Dont use taskbar classic option it will break your startmenu and taskbar also I already tried it

Classic Taskbar regedit stopped working on later W11 builds, including 22H2. You'll have to use Explorer Patcher or another UI mod.
