Where did NTLite save my edited OS?

NTLite defaults to saving in the same folder as where you mounted the ISO or image.

If you see an "Auto-saved" file in the Presets tab, then select the file and "Edit XML". Scroll to the bottom until you find "<AutoIsoFile>", that line explains where it saved your new ISO.

Under the "Edit cache" folder.
You can see where in Menu - Settings.
Or right-click it on the Image page and choose Explore directory.
