Where is the exact location of the registry inside install.wim?

Sniffed the output of ccc.exe,
this pins the extended control panel to desktop context menu
and i did get a reg setting to set brightness to -30 but it doesnt apply just on the reg file, you need ccc.exe to apply the setting
but i may have missed something ?? will retry later. Need a dark theme that isnt pitch black, something more dark grey to black.
