Which version of Win 10 should I load to modify etc?

I have Win 10 ISO and it is an All In One version from Microsoft. When I add the file I get a list of all the different choices you can install. Which option should I choose, or do I have to update each individual one?

Home N
Home Single Language
Education
Education N
Pro
Pro N
Pro Education
Pro Education N
Pro for Workstations
Pro N for Workstations
 
You can choose any "Pro" edition and add updates (some are exclusive to Pro editions and don't appear in Home variants), then mark the options to be repeated to all other editions at the end, on the "Apply" tab, under "Image proccess queue". That way, you will apply the same updates to all images in the ISO.
