Why do I need to do in Unattended - to stop this?

Running some new Win 10 test images for use in 2024 - and cannot figure out how to stop these Region (and Want to Add a Second Keyboard Layout?) blurbs from appearing during setup:




Clearly, I am missing something in my Unattended settings - but which grouping/area is this under?

I need to have this routine display nothing except a prompt for machine name - which is working great.

Appreciate any tips from the field.

So load them both up to stop the madness?



Currently I have nothing up top but WinPE has values...

There are two different sets of locale settings: One for when WinPE Setup runs, another for the installed Windows (OOBE).
Normally you set both, so Windows will skip over those menu screens.
