Win10 RS5 - unable to run DISM ResetBase

Dear Nuhi,
today I did my first RS5 NTLited installation with build 6640. I started from 17763.1 and integrated CU and others, as you can see from attached preset.
However dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase command fails. Attached dism.log and cbs.log.

Please let me know what is going wrong.
I'm available to do some tests, if you need.
