Win64 1903 can't install Updates

Hi guys,

Since I made an actual image with NTLite everything works like a charme expect an msu update.
I'm not able to run the service and I don't find the error in my Configuration file.
I'll get this code if I try to start update kb4522016: 0x80070422

Please be so kind and have look into this :)

With DISM.exe /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath: and windows10.0-kb4520390-x64.cab (SSU) + windows10.0-kb4517211-x64.cab it works
BUT
Cortana, Smart Screen Search Index etc. are back :oops:
 
If I try to use "System" in Settings nothing happend. The system panel hangs.

Please Nuhi, have a look.

Hi,

if the System - Settings worked before, then do a Host Refresh using the latest version of the tool and your previous preset.
I would suggest adding the latest updates while doing that ISO.

It should upgrade/refresh your Windows back to working state without needing to reinstall apps.

Let me know how it goes.
Then in the future with the next CU, since latest version has better tags for removed components, remove returns should work better.
