Win7 ESU updates now provided by Updater

My downloads folder is automatically picking up Win 7 ESU updates, when mounting a live image. System is current to EOS, except for all known telemetry and CEIP patches. This is bad, because when you try installing a downloaded patch (let's pick KB4537767, IE11 cumulative), NTLite will successfully install it. But after Windows reboots, it will fail on reconfiguration and revert.

I posted in another thread, ESU updates reportedly don't work as integrated installs. For both cases (live + merged), it's risky to show ESU updates to the average user. Downloader looks confused from messed up versioning from the aborted KB4537767.

Can anyone confirm?

Thanks for the report, I am planning on checking this as soon as possible.
Option being splitting the Win7 list into two (ESU and normal).

If you plan to support ESU, NTLite should block integration and only allow live updates (as MSFT intends). I can't imagine they would leave open slipstream as a trivial bypass. For now I'm good, since I have my EOS preset saved.

Update list is now containing both ESU and last non-ESU updates, let me know if it's clear.
Thanks.

Thanks, will check those claims which seem true, and reply back tomorrow with the updated list.
Got delayed by my internal server upgrade to do it immediately.

Done, thanks, let me know if you see any issues with the list, appreciated.

They are tagged by the ESU and non-ESU, just type ESU to the first filter row to simplify the choice after selecting all else.

One more: 4538384 (ESU licensing prep) should read "required for ESU, supports integration".
