Windows 10 20H2 - Cumulative Update re-downloaded and re-installed

This thread was originally about something else but that was resolved.

However, I noticed that in 20H2, the cumulative update KB4579311 re-downloads and reinstalls in Windows Update, despite it already being integrated. I know that this was a problem before, but I thought that Nuhi fixed it by making the cumulative update integrate last.

Is this just a matter of NTLite not having an updated list to set the that cumulative update to integrate last, or is something broken again?

I was able to confirm that it's just a matter of order by doing one pass of NTLite without the cumulative update, then one more with the cumulative update so that it's integrated last.
