Windows 10 21H2 Issue with Installing Windows Update KB5012599

Hi

I am unable to install the KB5012599 on my NTLite'd Local OS.
All previous Cumulative Windows update since Dec 2021 have been installing on this local install without any issues, only this April Update is failing. This update also fails to install directly from Windows update as well with the error message "There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x800f081f)"

Thanks

DISM log reports a longer NTLite run ending 07:49. Did you make a previous attempt on the system (DISM cleanup?)
If that's true, see if you can find NTLite.log.bak

Grab that, and wait for nuhi.

In these cases when such a long time has passed and who knows what's going on, safest and simplest is to refresh the OS with an updated same ISO.
Check the Host Refresh method, and let me know how it went.

Upon checking the WindowsUpdate log and CBS log, I could see this error "CBS_E_SOURCE_MISSING" (Attached)
So I executed the "MediaCreationTool" and selected the "Upgrade This PC" option to refresh the Installation Source. This step installed the April Update fine.
Next time if I encounter this issue, I will try with the Host refresh. Thank you garlin and nuhi for the prompt guidance.

KB5012599 just crashes ntlite when trying to download. Same with KB5012117
When it does not crash, I get the error:
err.png
Tried on two different ISOs

After the last ntlite update, those two updates do not appear anymore in the list.
No more errors.
12019 seems to not always point to the correct cause.
