Windows 11 22000.65 Cumulative Update will not install

Im using Ntlite for tweaking and modify the iso image. There is something in those tweaks or something that I removed from the image that is breaking the update process , it will download the 22000.65 update but after the restart will give me an error and rolls back to 22000.51 version , anything else is working fine in windows , the other updates are installing just fine , only the cumulative update will not install.
I will have attached my preset for my image .

all the other updates go through bot only the Cumulative update KB5004745 will install in windows but after the restart will fail .
So I cannot remove any of the apps from the image ? what components are part of RTM , Thank you
 
I actually ment the Cumulative updates
we cannot predict which components will be updated

this also include normal updating of WinPE images (boot.wim/winre.wim)
if you integrate CU 22000.51, then you cannot integrate CU 22000.65

i guess when Windows 11 is generally available, the pulished updates in Microsoft Update catalog will be full updates
 
Thank you for the explanation , Im waiting for an answer from the Ntlite support guys , I sent them my preset file and maybe they have a solution :)
