Windows 11

it seems ltsc 2021 has edge and meetnow (skype) preinstalled and some uwp apps like mail videos photos etc

i'm dissapointed this time.. doesn't worth to use. edited home edition will be lighter

dont write it off yet, call it a first impression only, wait and see :)
not everyone is worried about install size, i am a bit and by the time ive fiddled with an os it can be lighter than a lot just by disabling stuff, pagefiles ms's uneeded extra storage space etc.

AADBrokerPlugin
AppResolverUX
AsyncTextService
CredDiaglogHost
CallingShellApp
NarratorQuickStartApp

AADBrokerPlugin - Azure AD plugin for Mail app to connect to Outlook 365 accounts
AppResolverUX - Manages the app screen "How do you want to open this file?"
AsyncTextService - MDL thinks it's messaging extensions for People and Maps Apps
CredDiaglogHost - For entering your password for certain apps
CallingShellApp - Transfers phone calls from your phone to desktop
NarratorQuickStartApp - First time walk thru for Narrator, voice app to read the screen for vision impaired users

Keep AppResolverUX, CredDiaglogHost (just in case)

oh thank you so that voice guide was coming from narratorquickstartapp...... AppResolverUX, CredDiaglogHost are going to stay for sure.....

i removed some components today and started getting OOBEREGION and OOBEKEYBOARD error during setup.. they can be passed but still not nice to have. i will let u guys know if i find the cause.

This is for backwards compatibility, some PS 2 or 3 scripts may not work in 5 from syntax changes.
Some Office versions have PS cmdlets for scripting. If you don't care about older scripts, or intend to run newer Office -- then it's junk.

Tested Office365 And 2021/2019 it worked without problems. And I tested NarratorQuickStart, removed it but still there was a voice talking in oobe setup :) I thought it would disable that but apperantly not. To disable that voice at oobe part i think you need to remove speech component. Because when i do its broken :D as i find out here;

I solved OOBEREGION and OOBEKEYBOARD error's they are caused by removal of speech components;
Speech TTS & Speech Recognition removal causing this issue.

now i'm dealing with new test settings. when i first tried them, they were really working and preventing sponsored app installs at oobee stage. but today they don't work... is it something online server related change? because my preset is the same. only change is i updated ntlite today but there are no changelog about them in ntlite nuhi the test result i reported to you yesterday is not working today.

yes but it solves the problem now. why didnt ms wait till next week then?

They're releasing both, but why update NTlite's download list when the CU will supercede the hotfix?
If this was another 2-4 weeks away, I would agree.
