Hello
I am sorry for disturbing you. But, "Houston, We Have a Problem". 3 versions ago, I had no such problem.
v2.3.8.8888-8890 after
Iso: "Windows 8.1 Pro (U3) x64 - 6.3.9600.18438 (tr-TR)" (Original iso file extract.)
Log File: Many times it gives the same error:

1- Türkçe: "Sistem belirtilen dosyayı bulamıyor." > English: The system cannot find the file specified.
2- "Missing hive path"
3- "Error reading app manifest"
4- "Error 2 at removing component registry entry"
5- "Error 2 at processing registry"

Also, the process takes a very long time.

v2.3.8.8888 and v2.3.8.8889 are making the same error. There was no problem before.

Thanks in advance for your help and interest.
"I'm using google translate." Maybe there may be misspelling and semantic distortion.

From a quick check of your NTLite.log, it looks like a permissions problem: boot.wim and temp folder files cannot be read.

I would try uninstalling NTLite, remove the old temp folders or switch to a new folder. If you have 3rd-party antivirus, disable it while running NTLite, or exclude NTLite's folders from real-time scanning.

Hi! :D
First of all, thank you for your interest. ;)
1- I changed the "temp folder" and "NLTmpScratch"
2- No antivirus or defender. Not installed.
3- Ownership and NTFS; I checked, no problem. (my idea)
4- SSD or File system is working correctly. (my idea)
But; The problem continues
Thus, we have eliminated these options. :( I am open to new ideas.
We wish you a nice day. :)

After many tests, the drive needs format (quick format do the job), on mechanic drives (HDD) defrag works but on SSD causes excesive wear and quick format is recommended
