Windows cannot update the computer's boot configuration

I get this error each time I try to install Windows 10 Pro 2004, and change any of the unattended options. If I don't change those, it will work fine minus having to go thru the setup process which I am trying to avoid.
I use Rufus to create the USB install media, leave it defaulted to GPT, and select the UFEI boot option on the computer.

I am using the free version if that matters.

Ok. Nevermind. I reinstall NTLite, redownloaded the Windows ISO, got the newest version of Rufus, and did a full format on the USB drive I was using and one of those seems to have resolved my problem.
