Windows Store on Windows 11 just won't open

I have been using the same preset on previous versions of windows 11 to create ISOs and they worked all the time, but this time when I am creating an ISO (21H1) on 22H2 using the same preset the store just won't open, I was previously doing it on 21H1 and this time around I have been creating it on 22H2 no matter which component I remove or don't remove the store just won't open. I am attaching my preset for inspection, if anyone can tell me what's going on.. and also none of the registry tweaks are getting applied even if I do attach the registry tweaks before or after in the end, as a result I have to manually do the registry after windows is installed

The root cause might be one of three different changes going on:
- switched to 22H2 host
- newer NTLite (upgraded because you saw 22621 was supported?)
- newer 21H2 build (June 2022)

For nuhi's benefit, can you add your NTlite.log & NTlite_dism.log?

Thank you for replying. I have attached the log files, this time I have been creating ISOs on 21H1 but still the same problem

I tried your preset on NTLite 2.3.6.8792 & 22000.739

Store works for me, and downloads App updates. You might want to confirm it's not an user provisioning problem.
Create a new local account, switch to that user and try running Store.

Strange... I am just doing that created a new user account did an NTLite ISO and installing it, Let's see which way the cookie crumbles

I created a new user account but the same thing clicking on the store has no effect

Even after many tries the store still refuses to open so I tried to re-install MS-Store and it tells me that the Framework 2.2 is missing, I do not know which component is removing the framework, can anyone diagnose and pls enlighten me where I could be going wrong

This is the error I get when re-installing store

I tested Your script, Store not working. Removed by Ntlite some libraries needed for store.
In this picture: Left side Store is Ok, Right side Your system missing Net libraries Framework and Native.

Thank you for that finding, I know it's missing libraries but which components are removing those libraries, is there something in the Log which points to a component or components which are removing the 2.2 Framework

The answer is clear, he's not using a clean 22000.789 image.

Why? The preset works fine for me. Nothing there removes the required UWP packages, nor was removed in his NTLite.log. You would have been warned about removal since Store compatibility is enabled.

To confirm, load your original 22000.789 and see if the packages are missing.

I tested orginal image from microsoft 10.0.22000.675

Microsoft.NET.Native.Runtime.2.2_2.2.28604.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe
Microsoft.NET.Native.Framework.2.2_2.2.29512.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe

Also grayed out and selected, but both removed :(

I found this. Removing Cortana removes those net files.

Enable "Windows search" and "Cortana", then Store will be ok.
