Windows Update does not work properly in NTLited Win 10

I removed from my win 10 EE 1709: onedrive, telemetry and CEIP, also set some settings from the privacy section.

Now after the instalation when I run windows update after instaling them it tells me that my device is missing updates, and i should press on seach for updates now, when i do that after a short while the same message appears.

Anyone else having the same issues?

EDIT: only setting the settings from the privacy section is enough to trigger the issue, i wonder if its related to disabling all that auto installed crapware possibly that messes with some update mechanism

Hi, can you please be more specific.
Attach the preset demonstrating the issue and I'll check it. Never heard of privacy settings influencing it, would be interested in one specific one changing the outcome of your preset.

Interestingly the error appears only when getting updates from M$, when is use my local WSUS server update works fine, while with M$ is reliably fails :/
 
@TraxXavier, checking your preset it turns out it has no components removed in it and it's using an older tool version (current one is build 6025).

If you have the time, please double-check with the latest version, otherwise just provide me with a real preset and I'll gladly try it.

Yes no components removed, just set some privacy settings that was already enough to break window update. no sure when i get to play with windows 10 again a but bussy right now.
