After removing Windows Store / Modern App Support in Windows 8.1 Pro (U3, 6.3.9600.17415), Windows Store Licensing Client (WSClient.dll) is still present in System32.
Edit: I removed Modern App Support and loaded the image again, and saw that Windows Store was there. If I had to guess it would be that the program flags WSClient.dll as a Windows Store component but it doesn't delete it for some reason, or I could be wrong. Also Webcam Experience still appears even after removing it.
