Do licenses expire?

Licenses are perpetual - they never expire. Each purchase includes a 1-year update window with access to new features released during that period. After the window ends, your current version keeps working forever; only newer features released afterwards require renewal.

Are features the same across Home, Professional, and Business?

Yes. All three paid tiers unlock the same premium feature set (listed above). Tiers differ in license grant (personal vs. commercial), activation model (machine-bound vs. portable), and support tier.

Can I use the Home license for work?

No. The Home license is for personal, non-commercial use only. For any commercial or business use, you need a Professional or Business license.

Can I upgrade my license later?

Yes. Home to Professional, Home to Business, and Professional to Business upgrade paths are available at any time. Upgrade pricing is discounted relative to a full higher-tier purchase, and your remaining update window transfers to the new license.

What is the renewal discount?

Existing license holders get 50% off when renewing for another year of updates. Renewal is optional - your current version keeps working without it. Renewal only matters if you want premium features released after your update window has ended.

Is there a free version?

Yes. The free version includes basic component removal, basic driver and update integration, and unattended setup. Live OS editing, deployed-image editing, premium components, per-machine driver targeting, app cleanup, and other advanced workflows unlock with a paid license. Do you offer volume pricing?

Yes. For orders of 10 or more seats, contact us via the contact form for a quote. Each seat is assigned to a named end-user under the same license terms as a single-seat order.

Can I pay by PO, wire transfer, or invoice?

Yes. At checkout, pick the Bank/Wire payment method to get an invoice or quote in advance before paying. The form has fields for PO reference, billing address, and the email address to receive the PDF. Once payment is confirmed, your license code is emailed: within minutes for credit card, a few working days for bank transfer to clear.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, PayPal, and 45+ local payment methods (availability varies by country) are supported at checkout through Verifone (2Checkout).

Does the price include VAT or sales tax?

No. Listed prices are pre-tax. Verifone (our payment processor as Merchant of Record) calculates and adds the appropriate VAT, GST, or sales tax at checkout based on your billing country. EU business customers with a valid VAT ID can apply reverse charge (no VAT) at checkout. US shoppers with a valid exemption certificate (resale, non-profit, government, etc.) can request tax-exempt billing via Verifone.
