Alright got it appreciate it clanger :) I have a feeling 1709 is more stable than 1803, if you google 1803 youll find many people complain about dropping performance

Can't agree more with that,, win 10 has been a headache, i have older client with win 7 installation and the performance is way better.. Unfortunately, almost all newer specs forces us to go win 10.. i will have a look at core parking, I have only disabled Core performance boost from BIOS, but...

Is that for 1809? For my case it's actually more of the unncessary processes that's hogging down the performance. But i'll give 1809 a shot once it's released.

Hmm i'm not too keen with updating versions, Its doesnt always make things better.. i'd prefer finding one version thats actually working and stick with it... If 1803 is still causing performance issues then maybe ill try 1809

1803 seems to enforce win 10 upgrade even more than 1709, It's what my clients are using now. But if a shrink down version could fix the performance then i dont mind..

It only happens IF theres a problem connecting to the shared pc, whether its caused by network or the shared pc is inactive. Otherwise it works fine, So to simplify it, somehow windows suddenly ask the shared connection during boot up to be active otherwise the explorer would crash..
