Hi, can you check in the services.msc that "Connected user experience & telemetry" service is running or not? I have this service showing starting, but its just stuck there. All start, restart, stop options are greyed out. I have tried through registry & cmd to run the service without success.

What I am seeing that it's not the correct directory. The right directory starts with 381b4222...... it is below the defaultpowerschemevalues Folder
