Yes, dislike is going soft on him/her. I noticed that the Window PE is listed as a Non-essential edition under the removal tab. Don't we need this to recover some things in Windows? Or is this just for people who use Windows Backup, vs something like Macrium?

Currently, I've loaded just the vanilla Pro edition for editing. I suddenly could not find the options page you showed above. Clicked everything and finally found it. I have a touch of brain damage BTW, so I struggle to think a lot of the time.

I'm talking about in the Ntlite GUI. It does not appear where you showed it. Again this is from a new ISO from which I extracted the pro version. I just downloaded the Win10_22H2_EnglishInternational_x64v1 iso and will start over with that.

Okay, that sounds right. However, that boot.wim 2 is missing even though I extracted the pro version from an official ISO. Thank you! I am making a new preset, making sure anything to do with drivers stays intact, except for floppy disks.

Whenever I install Windows 10 with my preset I cannot install Nvidia drivers and it doesn't recognize ANY network hardware, even after installing my network and chipset drivers. The sound works fine, so I don't think it's some general driver issue. I keep going back and looking over everything...

I experimented with multiple Office versions, except 360, and Office 2013 is the last one that let me install only individual apps that I wanted to, while letting me skip the rest. Wish MS sold just MS Word.

Aside, from the fonts, I also removed all the other language related stuff except English US.

The only drivers I removed were for Floppy discs and Phone Service. I usually integrate my existing drivers into the ISO, but my current build, which I installed literally 2 days ago, isn't identifying my sound drivers correctly. And that's using the device manufacturer's drivers! What the heck...

Just ran across this thread looking through the Guide section. I didn't even think about stripping out fonts. From what I can tell in from the Windows 10 NTLite list, there are barely over 100 MB of fonts in Windows 10 22H2. I guess Windows 7 had a much larger repository. Anyway, I googled one...
