But I still don't know what flag 9 for Win PE in boot.WIM is.

Please clarify me what is "flag". For example I found that WinPE in boot.WIM has the flag 9. And winSetup in the same WIM has the flag 2. Thank you in advance.

In this picture there are no colored components. One component is blocked by compatibility issue and some other ones marked by warnings. That components have only warnings and with no any color code and are indifferent...
If will need to create any new ISO I will do according this your guide.
But I don't need it for now.

The picture I used above is the screen of the legitimate MS ISO 7601.24214.180801-1700 ISO made by NTLite and updates installed by Microsoft itself.
So I should use the untouched...
