I just explained how to resolve that. You need export your install.wim to an install.esd file. Where you have the iso listed in NTlite you need to right click on where it says install.wim, select convert and select ESD (high compression, read only) and make sure replace source image is ticked...
This is due to the install.wim image exceeding the 4GB file size limit of fat32. The only way to prevent it making an NTFS partition which isn't compatible with secure boot is to compress the install.wim to an install.esd.
