So I was able to trim down my copy of windows by a ton without breaking any important stuff. However, I noticed that after installing Steelseries engine in my laptop, it couldn't detect my keyboard even though it's working properly. Any ideas what could be the culprit?

Is there a setting I can modify to prevent windows from installing updates such as: LanguageFeatureOnDemand - Windows 10 version 1607 for AMD64-based Systems - (KB318003) and Update for Japanese Microsoft IME Standard Dictionary (KB2734786)
