My preset for most Windows versions
you only mention few. i think @Gorstak's presets are for slow machines with modded graphics driver that can at least run windows 10. if softwares really doesnt work on these presets then its useless if you guys dont modify it. if your PC/Mac/laptop is fast then there is no reason to slim down...
