Closed - Disable WinINet task and WebCache folder
Removing [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Wow6432Node\CLSID\{0358b920-0ac7-461f-98f4-58e32cd89148}] will (on any Win7 to Win10) leave cache fixed in 0, location blank, and will break Office Outlook: Not displaying images due to lack of Temporary folder.
