Looks like a proper uninstall, reboot, reinstall has fixed the issue. Previously was just reinstalling over existing install.- Phaser

Thanks, Garlin. Did some simple testing on my end in the meantime, but no luck. Took the official 23H2 image, extracted and imported into NTlite. Queued latest windows updates. Applied to just the loaded version + wimre. No other changes. Errors each time when reaching wimre. No preset used...- Phaser
