Which one I should import to Post-Setup?

Current list of App-V 5.x file versions

Group Policy templates are normal files you copy inside the image. Load each image and right menu -> Explore mount directory.

- Copy ADMX files to Windows\PolicyDefinitions​

- Copy ADML files to Windows\PolicyDefinitions\[lang]​
