Not with NTlite you don't.

I'm not even sure the topic is allowed here. will await further clarification from those who can say if it can be discussed
since the program allows other tools to change something for the background, I think that there is no problem, I just need an article, I heard that this is possible. but i would like to know how to do it...

What you're looking for is editing a boot.wim image DLL. The right article isn't too hard to find.
NTLite forum avoids all discussion about binary modifications to MS programs.

When editing those files, load boot.wim (Setup) in NTLite. Open the mounted folder, make your changes.
Run the resource editor (DLL) tool as Administrator. There's many web articles about replacing bitmaps inside DLL's using the tool.

Unload the folder, with "Save changes to this image".
