Calendar + Time System Tray Flyout Component

I can't figure out which exact component is responsible for Calendar + Time System Tray Flyout feature. It should definitely be one of the "Not Recommended" components.
 
Bumping this one because I still can't figure it out. The latest NTLite added "Taskbar Flyout" component and marked it "Recommended", but preserving this component doesn't preserve calendar and clock flyouts. They depend on something else and I can't figure out why. Calendar works when I use StartAllBack, but I need calendar + clock flyouts with regular shell as well. I Action Center component necessary?
