Can you add modified registry file to $OEM$\$$\Setup\Files after creating ISO?

Hello,

Can you add a modified registry file to $OEM$\$$\Setup\Files after ntlite creates an ISO? I like to try out my ISO in virtualbox to make sure they work and don't break anything but currently every time I change registry files and place them in the Sources\$OEM$\$$\Setup\Files folder of my installation directory. It would be much easier if I could just add new registry files after the ISO is completed but I am not sure if ntlite does anything with the registry files when creating the ISO.

Yes you can. The only thing ntlite does is add the registry add command to the $OEM$\$$\Setup\Scripts\postinstall.cmd script.

Thanks for the reply! So then would all I need to do is extract the iso, add my new registry files, then use something like imgburn to make another iso?

Then yes those steps would be correct. Just make sure if you plan on using virtualbox with it to keep the virtual boot image intact. The finished iso should have a Boot image.img or similar file in the root of the iso.

Actually if you use NTLite's dedicated Registry integration page, it's integrated directly to the registry hives, not executed at the end.
Only if you use Post-setup page to add the REG file, then as YOCOPCs said, you can edit (setupcomplete.cmd) manually.
