Does NTLite consume activation opportunities in Virtual Machines?

An activation inside a vm uses 1 activation. I dont do any testing inside a vm but i keep spare disc space and create a test partition. Because NTLite is already activated for the host hardware then running it from a second partition dosnt require reactivating.

System streamlining requires frequent testing in virtual machine snapshots
Activate once and backup the tool's files, I run mine from a network share which is mounted from Explorer on logon.
If you don't change or clone the VM since the activation, no need to reactivate.
