Don't over strip OS

After many years of using this program (which I absolutely love by the way) is not to over strip the system. Tests after tests showed me that even with the removal of a lot of stuff can actually make your system worse even if you don't see it.

Windows has integrated there programs and files so much over the past 5-7 years that one wrong little thing removed can cause a small problem to crop up in time.

Most of the time it is a extremely minor stutter that may not be noticed till too late when you go too far then it might be too late to know what caused it.

Just saying this as a reminder for others and myself

Old school, god I remember having my 98 tweaked so hard it MHz. A lot hate on that operating system but I enjoyed the customization for it.

trim the fat but leave the meat and bones . too many people want the modern features and online type stuff.
