File Explorer has to be refreshed for deleted files and folders to disappear

File Explorer has to be refreshed for deleted files and folders to disappear as well as for newly connected USB devices to show up on the left panel and for removed ones to disappear from it. If I try to delete already deleted files and folders (which for some reason still show up on File Explorer like I told), Windows states they were already deleted and I have an error message.

I used a 19041.1 Enterprise x64 pt-pt image.

not important since you won't be solving your problem with his given info. doesnt matter if its 1 tool or 2 tool or 3 tool. they all do the same tweaks. same reg entries. it is a fact not magic.

what you should do here is to: seperate your tweaks ONE BY ONE. apply them ONE BY ONE. untill you find the cause. then fresh install and test again that the tweak you find.

if bug happens again great you found it. if doesn't then it is a combination with another tweak. then it will be so much harder to find but this scenario rarely or never happens. so start testing to find. you won't find answer here.

to find it faster. split them %50 - %50 each time you do a test. so you can eliminate more.

But after applying some tweaks with one tool, the same tweaks shows as not applied by another tool, hence why I'm asking if I can have problems by using different tools. Maybe they use different methods to achieve the same goals or even achieve different ones.

I have had that problem before, mainly with w10 privacy tools. One tool might add a value of zero, another tool might delete the key.

thats because those tools are not checking the regedit, they are checking their create ini files in %appdata%. they take their own history. or best one disables other removes. not because there are dif methods to do same tweaks. i checked all the softwares 10shutup priv10 etc etc etc and listened their changes on the system. they are all the same. thats why i never use them. you can do same thing with one reg file of your own.

Sometimes the Photos app stops working in Windows 10. I believe it might be because I remove an app that out of nowhere is installed some days after installing Windows 10 (I used an image created by NTLite) and that has to do with the Photos app but what's weird is that I don't have this problem right after removing it.

After installing the Windows 11 2000.1 build and updating it via Windows Update (I used an untouched image), the taskbar was blinking and I couldn't click its icons (the taskbar was completely white while blinking) since they were disappearing until I restarted the PC and then the taskbar stopped blinking and I could finally click on them. I had this bug more than once. It looks like it's not caused by NTLite.

Also, when clicking on a VM created by Hyper-V with Windows 11 installed, the VM blinks for a few seconds while the screen is black until it stops and the screen returns to normal. This isn't caused by NTLite since I have this problem when using an untouched image on the host and on the VM.

Has anybody ever had these problems?

if its not happening right after removing then its about microsoft store updating it later on. had similar problem while trying to edit notepad and cbs...

Windows 11 2000.1 has bugs. use latest. that blinkings happened to nearly everyone.

But like I said, I updated it to the latest version and I still had that problem.

Why does it being updated by Microsoft Store break it? So, instead of fixing some issues Microsoft Store may cause them?

I still have the same problem in the latest Windows 11 version I had in Windows 10, i.e., a mix between my native language and english, not to mention this problem.

Also, is it worth removing packages on NTLite's Updates tab since it freezes for some seconds after removing each one and their related components may already be removed afterwards? Will it free a lot of drive space by removing them?

Laziness and a "we dont really care" attitude from ms.

Ok, but it doesn't make sense.

Weird, LCU MSU already includes SSU CAB and CU CAB and CU PSF but here the SSU CAB is listed separately.

Also, do all Insider Preview updates have "Preview" on their name or just some Microsoft Update Catalog/Windows Update updates and what is this bar below each taskbar icon?
