Full size window programs can't open - Windows 8.1

i have edited an image of windows 8.1 pro x64
i integrate updates, some programs, customize some settings and remove some features.
the image was created ok. but i dont know where i have changed to cause this problem:

the windows programs that open in full size are not opening.

someone know the funcion i have to change to correct this?

internet explorer open normaly in fullscreen window.
only some system programs cant open.

in this time i have received an error about "windows.immersivecontrolpainel"

i am trying to find this name in NTlite
update: as i remeber, i havent uncheck this option.

best toremove the iso link, dont want to attract unwanted attention from "you know who" however genuine your reason

Did you down a clean ISO before starting? I'm thinking it's not legitimate.

yes.. i think.
i use the Heidoc software to download windows iso form microsoft server..
i modify the iso in two stages: fisrt i add programs and patches, them i remove and customize settings.
maybe this components are from something i have add.

I found a Metro script to remove unwanted Store apps, which lists those components. The remove part won't matter on the ISO, since they're downloaded by Store after installation is done.

Your video is blurry, is the only problem running Store or other desktop apps?

all Windows apps who open in fullscreen.
i have update the video. VIDEO
i think i have removed or disable some required feature to show the app in full screen.

Looks like those apps are running offscreen. Do you have a video card with multiple outputs? Check the AMD or NVIDIA display setup.

yes. the fist video with the bad image was recorded in a real desktop with dedicated graphic card and updated drivers.

Change your screen resolution to something a little smaller than your monitor's max size. See if your "missing" apps are hiding.

i am almost right this bug is caused by something i have modify with NTlite. something like remove a pre erquisite for windows apps.

i have remake the project. i use the same preset but i passed the eye in all options again and have changed in what i think its useful for me.
the result is have no erro anymore.

the conclusion: i dont know the option i have change for broke the first time and i dont know the option have fix it.
