Hello, I'd like to ask which version of Ntlite is better if you are working with Windows 7?
 
Windows 7 and 8.1 are fully supported on the latest versions(builds) in both Free(unlicensed) and Licensed mode.
Free(unlicensed) has basic functionality, Licensed mode has full functionality.

The latest version of ntlite handles win7, which is 500M more than the 1.7.2.6650 version.

That's just better Windows update protection.
If you want even smaller sizes than before, remove Windows Update and disable Servicing Stack compatibility.

Compatibility options are also on the Components page, in the toolbar press Compatibility. Then uncheck Servicing stack and press OK.
Windows Update is a component, as Clanger said use the search box on the Components page, uncheck to remove it when process is started from the Apply page.
