How to convert MRIMG to ISO?

Why not use sysprep'd image directly in NTLite and integrate drivers to it.

Not clear on the scenario, MRIMG should boot on its own, or the Source page does not allow to add the folder for ISO creation?

Because I can't mount the sysyprep'd image since it's of the MRIMG format

Usually sysprep'd images are the same as normal ones, one can capture them with DISM.

But if Macrium Reflect invented their own format, it must be converted to WIM first.
Try renaming it to .WIM extension, if you're lucky it's just the naming.

MRIMG is a Macrium-only backup image. Reflect v7+ no longer supports MRIMG -> VHD.

But even if that worked, you'd have to convert VHD -> ISO. It's the wrong way to solve the problem. Boot WinPE, and use DISM or ImageX to capture the sysprep.

one thing you can do is to boot reflect base image via viboot then create a wim out of it in syspreped way.
be sure to have atleast one blank drive in your reflect image with atleast 25gb of free space so that wim can be created in that either using wimexclusion ini or not.
you can then replace created wim file in your iso.
