Is it possible to remove unneeded services via NTLite?

Hi, I'm new there. And I need to remove (not disable) some unneeded services from an offline image. I know that NTLite can remove components. But is same thing possible with services via NTLite?
Thanks in advance.

Removing the component which owns the service will do that.

For a new user, follow this guideline:

First pass, disable services you think you won't need. Try the image for a while and see if everything works. Worse case, you can re-enable any disabled service without having to reinstall. Second pass, now remove those components. It's harder to undo removals.

Uh uh. Disable services one by one on a test install first. Once noted as safe then disable in an image.
Ive seen new users disable or remove the kitchen sink because they dont know what they are doing and their eyes are bigger than their bellies then spend a f-ton of time back peddling to find out what they did wrong. You dont know what you dont need until you test it out.

Get a install up and running then stop/disable a service one at a time. Use a web search to see what services do what and if they can be disabled or not. Use a service tweaker tool, they will have safe - semi safe and heavy options. 1/2 hour max for an install, few hours tweaking and google-fu'ing should get you started but beware that heavy service disabling can break Setup, even nuhi has said so himself.
