Issues with upgrading Windows 10 version 1909 to 2004

The issue I am currently having is that I am unable to upgrade from Windows 10 version 1909 to version 2004. The ISO file I am using is an All In One Windows 10 x64 labeled as CPBA_X64FRE_EN-US_DV9. It contains 10 different editions of Windows 10 x64. I downloaded the latest version of 2004 (KB4601319) from Microsoft Update Catalog and when performing the process to integrate version 2004, NTLite states completed successfully. However, when I install Windows 10, it displays version 1909 (OS Build 18363.1350) and not version 2004. I was able to successfully integrate drivers without issue. I'm attaching both the NTLite.log and Auto-saved session.xml files for viewing. Hope to hear from someone soon and able to resolve the current issue I am currently having. Thank you.

Armitron77, to upgrade from 1909 to 2004, edit the 2004 ISO with NTLite if wanted and run .\setup.exe from it to actually upgrade.
Make sure it offers Keep Files and Settings, and no .\autounattend.xml (unattended) file there before starting it.
Or use NTLite's Host Refresh method to guide you a bit more through that.

Thank you nuhi for you help. However, The ISO contains the 1909 version. I do not have an ISO that contains 2004.

I have been to that site before but my downloads keep getting interrupted. Are the ISO (the Final one), is it an All In One that contains different editions of Windows 10?
the downloads are from microsoft servers. yes, the iso's are usually multi editions.

1 thing you can try is downloading in the early hours of the morning, say between 1am and 7/8am when the traffic in your area is very low, good luck.
