Keyboard not working

For a test, I proceeded to disable Services -> Task Scheduler and on post installation boot the keyboard did not "work / write".

I solved with regedit by setting the automatic start of ctfmon.exe but I was wondering if this keyboard not working is corrected...
 
Thanks for the info, there is nothing except locking the ability to disable Task Scheduler that could be added, nothing to fix there unless I'm missing some point.
