NTLite program does not load any icons (Solved)

I had to reimage windows from a old macrium backup and afterwards NTlite won't load any graphics/icons. See attached image. I have reinstalled twice and same result.

Edit: That image had GPU drivers downloaded via WUpdate. Installed updated GPU drivers and the issue went away.
