"Other user" being shown upon restart (login)

I have a LTSC 2021 ISO and I have only edited the settings section in NTLite.

Upon a restart, "Other user" is show at login and it prompts for a username / password. Entering the name of the actual account puts me in, but I didn't specify anything like this.

Anyone know which setting(s) could be causing this weird behaviour? Thanks.

Settings -> Privacy -> Display last user name in logon screen

Or use Unattend section and "also" add local account.
