So ive stripped down windows using NTLite, everything is running smoothly except for the fact when i log out, the Other User shows up instead of the name of the local account that I made. Im not using a Microsoft account. I ran through every tutorial that i found on the internet but to no effect. Did I strip out something that i shouldn't have? any help please?

It's just a setting that you changed, the "Display last user name in logon screen" and/or "Display locked user name in logon screen"
You can return those by searching Regedit or Google for DontDisplayLastUserName and/or DontDisplayLockedUserId
Just delete those DWORD entries and reboot/relogin.
