Presets Compare & Merge

I am looking for a tools to compare and merge presets (xml)?
I have a number of different presets that I would like to merge into one larger preset or to be to merged into another preset. I looking for a tool other than Note Pad ++ that can do this without having to copy and paste. There are a number of items in the sections under Feature that always the same for me and I am looking for a quick way to enable or disable these items without have to make the individual entries in NTLite. This would also apply to Component removal section, etc.
If you have found and actually use the tools please let me know.
 
You can load 2 presets at a time(maybe more, i havnt tried). I think you press Control and Shift. WinMerge does what you ask. If You have a license for NTLite you can run multiple instances if you prefer to visually compare things.
 
Careful editing adding components when a component already exists is ok and ntlite doesnt complain. I dont editing Settings or Unattended options though incase i mess up. If you do this make sure you dont have the same entry but with differing values, ntlite "may" complain or crash.
