You're integrating W10 images on a Server 2012 host, it requires a newer version of DISM.
NTLite doesn't ship with any copies of DISM, because its copyrighted code. The answer is usually change platforms to match the target, or run inside a VM. I don't believe hacking the ADK version of DISM into your system is tested.

How can I install a different version of DISM in my 2012 host? Can this be solved by installing the appropriate version of ADK?
Maybe. I haven't tried this idea before...
Download the right ADK, write a wrapper script to add "Program Files\Windows AIK\Tools\Servicing" to the PATH before everything else.
Run NTLite inside and the other DISM should be called.
If you don't end up with a successful image, fall back to hosting NTLite inside a VM.
