Save HKCU registry tweaks to defaultuser NTUSER.DAT

So let's say you want to integrate registry edits for all users that come into effect at account creation.
There are several I use to work around and fix windows 10's broken default file association system.
I integrate these by manually mounting the ntuser.dat from the defaultuser profile in regedit and then
modifying my .reg so that each registry key path aligns with the temporarily loaded hive, then
copy it into the temp dir for the wim before finishing the ntlite run, but they could more easily
be integrated automatically by ntlite.
