Separate "Windows Sonic for Headphones" from Spatial Sound

Cyberpunk 2077 audio and Razer THX Spatial Audio are broken if Windows Spatial Sound is removed via NTLite. I think some people falsely assume that Spatial Sound = "Windows Sonic for Headphones", but it isn't. Spatial Sound a platform that is necessary for new surround sound virtualization technologies to work. "Windows Sonic for Headphones" is just a virtualization technology that ships with Windows 10 starting with Creator's Edition. I think it would be wise to create a separation for "Windows Sonic for Headphones" and Spatial Sound platform in future NTLite releases.

Old surround sound virtualization technologies like Dolby Headphone and CMSS-3D rely on manufacturer drivers and apps. They are not dependent on Spatial Sound platform. Hardware-based virtualization technologies (in some headphones) also do not rely on Spatial Sound platform.

I hope this helps those who use NTLite to remove Spatial Sound and can't figure out why Cyberpunk 2077 background NPC chatter is missing and/or why Razer THX Spatial Audio is not working. I think Dolby Atmos and similar new technologies do not work either if you remove Spatial Sound.

If anyone knows how to restore Spatial Sound without NTLite and/or system wipe and reinstall, please let me know!

I had this same issue before when removing spatial sound thinking it should only remove windows sonic and not Dolby Atmos. Since I have a Atmos system this really sucked and at the time I was on 1909. Since I could not figure it out on getting it back I just upgraded to the latest version and then did another wipe clean of stuff I didn't need. That was the only way I could get it back.
