[SOLVED] NTLite skipped all my updates! What's wrong?

Hi all,

Please help: I'm still trying to figure out how to use NTLite to create an image.
After some other problems I got it to run again, but now, after I clicked the "Apply" button to run, instead of integrating all my updates, it says "skipped" after every update and displays a red dot instead of a green one. It does this with every single update of about 100. I canceled the process after about 15 updates as it became clear that it's not integrating any updates.

What's going on? What did I do wrong THIS TIME?
I'm clueless... :-(

Oh, sorry:
After some more tinkering I got a clue:
I was trying to make a tutorial for myself how to use NTLite and was making some screenshots. Then some of the file paths were too long to give nice screenshots so I renamed some directories.
That was about an hour before I hit "Apply", so by the time I did, of course NTLite couldn't find the original files or file path anymore.

There could be an error message about "are you sure the path exists?".

Thanks for the feedback, so there wasn't any error prompted? OK, will check and improve that.

Loading a preset already checks for missing files, you can repeat the same for Apply.
